Scope of Agreement & Eligibility
By accessing bivura.com, submitting an order, initiating a peer payment request, or completing a checkout, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using this service.
Pricing, Multi-Currency Settlements & Customs (DDP)
Prices are designated in USD and converted into local currencies (EUR, GBP, JPY, CAD, AUD, etc.) at real-time institutional exchange rates. All intercontinental shipments operate under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) rules—the total displayed at checkout covers all import duties, guarantees zero surprise tariffs upon arrival.
Peer Payment ('Pay for Me') Terms
- Authorization: The original shopper authorizes the third-party friend to satisfy the payment obligation on their behalf. The friend completing payment confirms voluntary settlement.
- Address Masking & Recipient: The friend payer views masked recipient credentials for privacy. Goods are shipped strictly to the original recipient specified by the requester and cannot be altered by the payer.
- Refund Destination: In the event of an approved return, refunds are credited strictly back to the original card used by the paying friend to protect their financial security.
Craftsmanship Warranty, IP & Governing Law
Bivura guarantees all curated items with a 30-day white-glove return policy and a 1-year craftsmanship guarantee. All brand marks and product visuals are proprietary property protected by international copyright treaties.
